Chinese Premier Li Qiang is set to meet with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to sign economic pacts on digital economy and green development as part of the celebration for 50 years of diplomatic relations. The visit aims to deepen links and increase exchanges, with discussions on trade and possible collaborations in priority sectors like high-level manufacturing and digital economy. Trade with China, Malaysia's top trading partner, made up 17% of Malaysia’s global trade last year.
