Chinese ride-share app Dida launching IPO in Hong Kong to raise up to $35 million

Chinese ride-share app operator Dida is conducting a Hong Kong IPO to raise up to HK$273.7 million ($35.06 million). The company plans to sell 39.1 million shares at a price range of HK$5 to HK$7 each, with final pricing scheduled for June 26. Dida, a smaller competitor to Didi, will have a market capitalization of around $900 million if shares sell at the top end of the range.
