Chinese UAV Invades Kinmen and Distributes Flyers, Fujian Tech Company Claims to Have Been Summoned by Chinese Authorities: Video Taken Down

Reported 11 months ago

On June 10, 2024, at 6:36 am, a Chinese UAV invaded the airspace of Kinmen and airdropped flyers. The incident was live-streamed by the Douyin account 'Zhongli Technology,' leading to condemnation by our side. Hong Kong media reported that Zhongli Technology stated that the incident had a significant impact, resulting in the company being summoned by Chinese authorities, leading to the removal of the video. The drone flew from Fujian to Kinmen on the 8th, dropping flyers with messages like 'Taiwan, Taiwan, back to where you belong.' The timing was sensitive as it coincided with high-ranking Taiwanese military officials discussing how to respond if China enters Taiwan's airspace. The Kinmen County government immediately condemned the incident as a serious threat to flight safety and called on relevant entities across the strait to restrain such actions.
