Close Call! Car Nearly Hits Motorcyclist as Handbrake Wasn't Pulled at Auto Shop

Reported 10 months ago

On June 21, 2024, in Tainan, Taiwan, a car almost collided with a passing motorcyclist as it slipped out of an auto shop onto a busy road. It was discovered that the handbrake of the car being serviced was not pulled, causing it to slide out uncontrollably due to the shop's slope. Luckily, no one was injured, but it serves as a reminder to always engage the handbrake properly when in a repair shop.
