A 26-year-old man surnamed Xu in New Taipei accidentally hit a fire hydrant while picking up his dropped phone, causing the front bumper of his car to drop off. This incident led to the fire hydrant bursting like a fountain, with water continuously gushing out, creating a shocking scene. Emergency personnel promptly arrived on the scene, rescued the injured Xu, and contacted the water company for assistance. The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation.
