FTNN News, June 22, 2024 - Reporter Cai Yunting from FTNN News reported that during a press briefing, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller noticed a cockroach on a journalist's head, leading to a humorous exchange about whether to catch it. Miller jokingly mentioned that insecticide couldn't be used during the briefing, causing laughter among the attendees. Despite the distraction, Miller later regretted the incident, realizing it made it hard for people to focus on his important message regarding the Hezbollah's cross-border attacks on Israel. The cockroach was swiftly dealt with by a sound engineer, resolving the situation.
