The drainage improvement project on San Tai Road in New Taipei City, completed in March by the New Taipei City Water Resources Bureau, has alleviated sudden flooding issues on the lower-lying areas of the Fu Jen University campus due to heavy rain. The project allows water to be efficiently diverted to the external drainage system, improving the campus environment for students. Despite construction challenges, including obstacles in the pipeline, the project was successfully completed after 32 days of work, ensuring effective flood prevention. The campus experienced no flooding during heavy rain on April 18, showcasing the project's success in improving drainage for a safer and more comfortable learning environment.
