On July 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., the computer system at the Tri-Service General Hospital Neihu Branch suddenly crashed, leading to a complete paralysis of the system and hindering medical consultations and medication pick-ups for patients. The hospital confirmed the network equipment malfunction and is currently working to repair the system with on-site nursing staff guiding patients. Despite emergency paper-based operations, consultations are halted, and chaos ensues, with repairs ongoing to restore normal medical services as soon as possible.
