A conflict erupted on the Kaohsiung MRT when a young man sitting in the priority seat was asked to give it up. The 23-year-old male with autism, surnamed Li, reacted violently, leading to a physical altercation with two male passengers who then 'pulled his hair and banged his head against the window'. The incident was caught on camera and sparked discussions. Due to Li's autism, the police found the involved parties, but none of them pressed charges against each other. However, the two men, Zhang and Cai, who intervened to prevent Li from leaving the train, will be investigated for coercion.
