Reported 12 months ago

Constitutional Court proceedings began on the morning of July 3, 2024, with the controversial Parliament Reform Bill prompting the President, Executive Yuan, Control Yuan, and DPP Legislative Caucus to file for constitutional interpretation and temporary disposal. The Constitutional Court announced that on the 10th, they will discuss the necessity and scope of the temporary disposal, allotting a 2-hour open preparatory procedure to hear from the applicants, designated agencies, and Legislative Yuan.
