Kaohsiung City Councilor Zhang Boyang raised concerns about the organization of a special exhibition by Chinese Communist Party's United Front group at the National Science and Technology Museum, including interactive games posing cybersecurity risks. Following the exhibition, the museum clarified that all data collected from the games had been removed, with no cloud storage. Concerned about potential security vulnerabilities, two interactive units developed in China were removed from the exhibition, with assurances from the museum and the associated organization that user data was not stored. Further investigations and actions were taken to address data privacy issues and comply with rental agreements.
