With a looming deadline, frustrations are growing over the slow pace of talks about how much funding rich nations should provide, which has seen proposed figures ranging from $440 billion to $900 billion. Additionally, discussions on reducing carbon emissions have stalled, raising concerns about achieving the goal of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius.
