Costco is set to open new clubs in Napa and Pleasanton, California, and Bend, Oregon this October. While specific opening dates and hours have yet to be announced, the retailer continues to expand its presence across the U.S. Membership fees are also expected to rise slightly in September 2024, yet many find the potential savings worth the cost.
