Yunlin County Councilor Yu Shu-yun recently questioned the Director of Public Relations in the county government, accusing the occurrence of workplace bullying and even individuals needing to seek psychiatric help as a result. In response, Yunlin County Magistrate Chang Li-shan stated that there is significant room for improvement and she will ask the director to enhance the situation further. Councilor Yu Shu-yun raised concerns about the high turnover rate in the PR department and mentioned cases of employees resigning or being reassigned due to various reasons, including alleged workplace bullying causing harm to employees' mental and physical health.
