The country music festival Kickoff Jam, featuring headliners Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood, and Alabama, has been canceled. The event, scheduled for Aug. 30-Sept. 1 in Panama City Beach, Fla., was called off due to a decision to host the festival at a different time following the success of the Gulf Coast Jam in the same location. Refunds are being offered for purchased tickets.
