Taiwan CPC Refining Business Department and Xiaogang High School renewed their contract for the 'CPC Science Class Industry-Academia Cooperation Second Phase Project' on June 20, 2024, aiming to cultivate local talents and promote local employment. This partnership was praised by legislators Lin Dai-Hua and Lai Jui-Lung's office director Tseng Wen-Liang, highlighting the benefits for students, community, and industry. The collaboration involves a comprehensive three-year program offering professional courses to strengthen students' skills and provide practical experiences in the oil refining industry, with opportunities for employment at CPC upon graduation. Scholarships and financial aid are also provided to support outstanding students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
