Taipei, June 25, 2024 - Creative and Lihwang are actively developing advanced processes and expanding cooperation partners with a promising business outlook. Creative secures a 3nm custom server CPU project from a US CSP cloud service provider, expected to contribute revenue starting from the second half of next year. Lihwang is introducing embedded non-volatile memory components into the most advanced processes, entering the early development stage of 2nm, potentially boosting future royalty income growth. Both companies are focusing on advanced processes and packaging technologies, paving the way for new revenue sources in the automotive sector. Lihwang is positioning itself in the 2nm IP market through continued collaboration with TSMC, aiming to introduce IP to more customers as TSMC enters mass production of 2nm chips in 2025.
