On July 30, 2024, benchmark U.S. crude oil prices fell to $74.73 per barrel, with Brent oil also decreasing. Wholesale gasoline and heating oil prices declined slightly, while natural gas increased. In contrast, gold prices rose significantly, reaching $2,451.90 per ounce, and silver also saw an uptick. Currency values shifted, with the dollar lowering against the yen and euro.
