Kyle Hendricks, the last remaining member of the Chicago Cubs' 2016 World Series team, has been demoted to the bullpen due to a rough start to the season with a 10.57 ERA. The 34-year-old pitcher is set to hit free agency after this season and currently leads MLB in earned runs allowed. Despite his previous success, Hendricks is struggling this season with poor stats indicating a decline in performance, prompting the Cubs to move him to the bullpen in hopes of improvement.
