Blaine Raddon, a Tesla Cybertruck owner, found that the vehicle did not fit comfortably in his new apartment complex parking spot but Tesla refused to buy it back or allow him to resell it due to a contract stipulation prohibiting resale for a year. Despite reaching out to Tesla for solutions, including reversing the transaction, trading for a sedan, or selling it back, Raddon has not received a favorable response and is now dealing with the challenge of managing the too-large truck in his living situation.
