D2 Racing announced that they will represent Chinese Taipei at the 2024 Motorsport World Games from October 23 to 27, unveiling the team's vehicles for the first time with a special Chinese Taipei design. The team is led by Liao Chih-hsien, known as 'Liao Lao Da,' who is passing on his legacy to his son, Liao Yang. The announcement generated excitement among fans, praising the beautiful design and expressing support for the drivers. The event, held in Spain, is not part of the Olympics but is an international-level competition, where D2 Racing was chosen from 6 Taiwanese teams by the Chinese Racing Association. The drivers must meet international silver and bronze level qualifications for the 30-minute races. 'Liao Lao Da' plans to hold a pre-departure press conference, with all expenses for the event covered personally.
