In Kaohsiung's Lingya District, during a demolition project of a residential building, workers were dropping debris from the high floors directly to the ground and even blocked off the road, causing disturbances to nearby residents and passersby. Police intervened, issued fines, and demanded improvement. Despite prior approval for the road use from the Public Works Bureau, the construction unit failed to provide a clear pathway for other vehicles or pedestrians, leading to road disruptions. After authorities' intervention, the road was eventually cleared for passage.
