The recall bill for parliamentary clerical duties will be voted on by the Legislative Yuan on the 21st, with both the blue and green camps launching campaigns. People First Party Chairman Ko Wen-je expressed the need for a televised debate rather than campaign tours to clarify the controversy. However, Huang Ku-chang announced that the TV debate on the recall bill fell through as a senior media figure informed him of the DPP's unwillingness to participate. Huang criticized the DPP's lack of willingness and democratic values, suggesting the party continues to spread misinformation using its political resources. Huang also suggested DPP's ChatDpp should participate if no DPP member dares to engage in the debate, as it would be more honest.
