According to SET News, a man surnamed Zheng in Taipei borrowed 100,000 yuan from his friend surnamed Zhou, but never repaid it and spread rumors about Zhou. In retaliation, Zhou ambushed Zheng and demanded repayment. When Zheng refused, Zhou threatened him with an iron bar, sprayed him with pepper spray, and physically assaulted him causing injuries.
