The recall motion for parliamentary reform will be voted on in the Legislative Yuan today (21st), including amendments to the 'Legislative Yuan Exercise of Powers Act,' the addition of Chapter 5-1 and Article 141 of the 'ROC Criminal Code.' If more than 57 legislators vote against it, the original motion will be upheld; if over 57 legislators vote in favor, the motion will be rejected. Both support groups from opposing sides, including Blue Sky Action and Green Hawk Action, are gathering outside the Legislative Yuan.
