The annual Taiwan-US fisheries bilateral cooperation meeting was held in Washington, DC, with discussions on illegal fishing, electronic observers, international participation, climate change, and other cross-domain issues. Both sides reached a consensus on continuing cooperation and discussed combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing activities, public sea inspections, electronic observers, international participation, and climate change in detail.
