The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) announced three summer plans and goals for its youth department, aiming to create platforms and deepen democracy by organizing over 50 activities including national flagships camps, dialogues, and assisting county and city party branches in launching youth activities. The flagship camp, set from July 11 to 13 in Hsinchu, features President Lai Ching-te and other key DPP figures to engage with the youths in activities focusing on democratic empowerment and a visit to local industries, emphasizing the collaboration between central and local administrations. The DPP youth department will hold diverse activities nationwide to enhance youth empowerment through political discussions, cultural exchanges, and policy debates.
