A man named He was killed while delivering goods in 2021 when a crane he was operating improperly dropped from above, hitting him and causing fatal injuries. His parents sought a compensation of about 6.17 million from the trading company, hardware store, and the man surnamed Hong who lent the crane, but the court only ruled for the trading company to pay 2500 in wages for that day. The court found the other defendants not liable, stating that they did not have intent or negligence in the accident.
