Dell Technologies has increased its annual revenue and profit forecasts, driven by rising demand for AI-optimized servers powered by Nvidia chips. Despite a dip in shares after a third-quarter profit outlook that fell short of analyst expectations, Dell projects $20 billion in revenue from AI server shipments for fiscal 2026, up from a previous $15 billion estimate. The company also expects annual revenue to be between $105 billion and $109 billion, alongside adjusted earnings per share of $9.55. While overall revenue grew significantly, competition and production costs have put pressure on profit margins.
