The hail, accompanying a thunderstorm on 26th June, damaged crops like spinach, garlic sprouts, and cabbage, leaving fields covered in hailstones and farmers lamenting the apocalyptic scene. The impact area encompasses 150 hectares with 70-80 hectares severely affected, posing a threat to summer fruit and vegetable supplies as authorities assess the full extent of the disaster.
