DHL Suspends Shipments Over $800 to US Consumers Due to Customs Changes

Reported 1 day ago

DHL Express announced it will suspend global shipments valued over $800 to U.S. consumers starting on April 21, in response to new U.S. customs regulations that require formal entry processing for lower value shipments. While business-to-business shipments will continue, they may experience delays. Shipments under $800 are unaffected. This decision follows recent changes to U.S. customs rules, which previously allowed shipments of up to $2,500 without formal entry.
