In a convenience store in Dazhi, Taipei, a 52-year-old man surnamed Chen assaulted a clerk after being unhappy with the change handed to him aggressively by the clerk. Chen then got his brother and brother-in-law to join in the assault, where they surrounded the clerk and used a beer bottle to strike him. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras, and although the police arrived after the altercation had ended, the three assailants were arrested and the injured clerk was taken to the hospital for treatment.
