According to the recent '2024 Global Workplace Report' released by the U.S. consulting company Gallup, 34% of global workers feel 'thriving' at work, with Europe leading in this aspect. In the Asian region, Taiwan ranks second at 41%. The report also indicates that those who feel energetic at work experience fewer health issues and less worry, stress, sadness, depression, and anger, while focusing more on hope, happiness, interests, and respect. Among the top 10 countries with the most energetic workers are Finland, Denmark, Iceland, the Netherlands, and Sweden from Europe, while Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Japan, and Mongolia represent the top energetic workers in Asia.
