A 26-year-old doctor in Mumbai, India, was shocked to discover a severed human finger in the ice cream he bought for dessert after lunch. Initially mistaking it for a nut, he spat it out and recognized it as a human thumb, causing him to exclaim that he would never eat ice cream again. Investigation later revealed that the finger belonged to a restaurant employee who accidentally cut it off while working, and it unknowingly ended up in the ice cream. The incident has led to a police investigation and the finger being sent for examination.
