Dr Pepper has overtaken Pepsi as the second largest soda brand in the United States, with Coke still holding the top spot. Dr Pepper's popularity has been growing due to its unique flavor and innovative marketing strategies, such as introducing new flavors like Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream. Meanwhile, Pepsi has been focusing more on its zero sugar lines and other brands within the Pepsico portfolio.
