Drew Brees, who joined the Saints in 2006 after a shoulder injury prevented the Dolphins from signing him, has been elected to the Saints' Hall of Fame. Brees and coach Sean Payton set the stage for the revitalization of the city post-hurricane, leading the team to a Super Bowl win. Despite not reaching another Super Bowl, Brees's successful career earned him a spot in the Saints' Hall of Fame and is expected to lead to induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
