Dr. Wang Siheng advises against consuming coffee within 9 hours of bedtime to avoid disrupting sleep patterns and potentially entering a harmful cycle of poor sleep quality. Nutritionist Gao Minmin warns that consuming more than 2 cups of coffee can exceed the recommended daily caffeine intake, leading to various health issues like anxiety, insomnia, and headaches.
