In Hsinchu Zhu Bei, a driver forgot to apply the handbrake and parked on a slope, causing the vehicle to roll back and collide with a parked sedan inside a parking space. The driver of the rolling vehicle did not contact the other party but instead quickly fled the scene, prompting the victim to post photos online and report the incident. The incident was caught on surveillance camera, and it was later resolved by the involved parties for compensation and repair.
