A 33-year-old driver surnamed Hou in Taoyuan borrowed a truck from a friend for transporting goods but got the truck stuck in a tunnel on Fuguo Road on June 25, requiring police assistance. The police arrived promptly, removed the truck within 30 minutes, and recommended drivers to be cautious of road signs and vehicle height limits to prevent similar incidents. Hou expressed gratitude to the police and towing company for their quick response.
