A man named Chen in Miaoli County, Taiwan, created his own brand of illegal drugs by mixing 'Meow Meow' with fruit juice powder and naming it '含笑半步癲'. He packaged and sold these drugs to locals in Miaoli, driving a Mercedes-Benz for transactions. The police conducted surveillance on Chen, arrested him, and seized over 150 packages of the drug, with an estimated black market value exceeding 1.5 million NTD. Chen faces charges of manufacturing and selling drugs according to the Narcotics Hazard Prevention Act.
