In Taoyuan, Taiwan, on June 15, 2024, at 1:42 am, a 40-year-old man surnamed Huang driving an illegally turning car refused police inspection, accelerated to escape, ran red lights, drove in the wrong direction, and ultimately collided with a truck. The police intercepted and controlled him, discovering about 70 grams of heroin, methamphetamine, and other drugs in the vehicle. Both Huang and a 40-year-old passenger named Li are drug trafficking fugitives and were detained for further investigation by the Taoyuan District Prosecutor's Office. During the pursuit, police had to forcefully break the car window to arrest them, with minor injuries to the officers and damage to the police car.
