In Taipei's Wanhua District, a recent drunken dispute over a missing phone resulted in a man named Li suspecting his friend Chen of taking it and attempting to confront him at his residence. Chen, in a fit of rage, used a gas-powered stun gun to fire shots at Li and his friends, causing a commotion that alerted nearby residents. Chen was swiftly arrested by the police, who seized two stun guns. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and Chen was ultimately fined NT$5,000 after violating the Firearms and Ammunition Control Act.
