Taipei Datong Police Station officers recently intercepted a drunken driver and managed to catch a car thief in the act during their patrol. The 58-year-old man, surnamed Li, refused to cooperate with a breathalyzer test and was found to have a can of rice wine in the storage compartment of his scooter, while he also denied ownership of the vehicle.
