Eason Chan recently collapsed due to heatstroke while playing tennis outdoors, hitting his chin on the ground and sustaining a deep wound exposing the bone, requiring over 30 stitches. This incident led to the postponement of his 'Fear and Dreams World Tour' in Chongqing to 2025. Despite the injury, his manager reassured fans about his stable condition and good medical care, mentioning that Chan's recovery would take time, requiring 48 hours of no speaking or eating for better wound healing and bone mending. However, Chan's manager also shared that his emotional state is fragile post-accident, expressing his worries about disappointing fans due to the concert delay.
