Eating a Fruit Daily for Health! Surprisingly Tests Show 'Toxic' Blood Levels

Reported 8 months ago

In an episode of TVBS Health 2.0, 'Toxic-Free Guru' Tan Dun-ci shared a case where a patient had high pesticide residues in their blood due to daily consumption of unwashed apples. Tan emphasized the importance of washing all fruits, including bananas, mangoes, passion fruits, and melons, before consumption. She recommended soaking fruits in a water basin, scrubbing with a facial brush, and rinsing with water. It was also noted that passion fruits and mangoes often rank high in pesticide residue levels, requiring thorough washing before eating.
