Known as the 'Mother of Non-toxicity,' Tan Dun-Ci emphasized the importance of washing all fruits before consumption, regardless of eating the peel. She mentioned the necessity of washing fruits like bananas, cantaloupes, and passion fruits before eating, and also highlighted the importance of washing mangoes to remove toxic oil and kiwis to reduce the risk of allergies.
