Dr. Wang advised people to carefully choose the type of noodles they consume to ensure their health, emphasizing the importance of considering calorie and sodium content. He highlighted that fried noodles like chicken noodle soup have the highest calorie content, exceeding that of other noodles. Among the noodles with high sodium content, chicken noodle soup, hot pot noodles, and udon noodles rank the top three.
