According to a recent study, consuming 100mg of soy isoflavones daily for 12 weeks can reduce liver inflammation and the severity of fatty liver. Common foods like tofu and soy milk contain a high amount of soy isoflavones. Dr. Hsieh Yi-ting mentioned that even slim individuals can develop fatty liver due to high visceral fat levels. Additionally, insufficient sleep is linked to an increased risk of fatty liver, so it is recommended to have 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day and engage in activities to improve sleep quality.
