Media mogul Edgar Bronfman Jr. has officially submitted a $4.3 billion bid to acquire Paramount Global, competing with David Ellison's Skydance Media during the designated 'go-shop' period for the company. Formerly the chairman and CEO of Warner Music Group, Bronfman currently heads FuboTV.
