Taiwan Heart Rhythm Society, in collaboration with 36 medical institutions nationwide, is holding an educational seminar to raise awareness about atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder affecting 300,000 to 500,000 individuals in Taiwan. With an aging population, the prevalence of atrial fibrillation is rising, especially among those with comorbidities. Early detection and treatment through advanced medical technology are crucial in managing atrial fibrillation. The seminars, starting on 6/26, will feature heart specialists sharing insights and offering on-site screening services at various hospitals in different regions of Taiwan.
